International Conference on Libya

Dr. Paul KANANURA, President of the Association des stagiaires et étudiants africains en France (ASEAF) and the Mandela Institute and Emmanuel Dupuy, President of the Institut Prospective & Sécurité en Europe (IPSE), invite you to attend the conference:
« Libya: point of junction of the world’s caliphates at the gateway to Europe and Africa ? »
which will take place on Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 14:00 to 18:00, at the National Assembly (6th Office – 126 rue de l’Université, Paris 07).
Chaired by Emmanuel Dupuy, in the presence of Nouri Bousahmein, President of the Libyan National Assembly and a delegation of Libyan parliamentarians, this round table will focus on Libya’s institutional future.
